Feeling Foxy!

Think I'll ever look like this? What am I saying.....I already do!

It's Friday and all systems are Go!

Feeling Good and Foxy! Melli, if that's your cook, I'll definitely be visiting you for breakfast! Forget the 20 pounds, I'll be over frequently! (tee hee!)

I'm keeping a record of my food, exercise, blood pressure , water, vitamins etc. as well as how I'm feeling. I figure it will keep me honest and maybe give the doc some idea what's going on with these episodes I'm having. Sure hope we can eliminate them altogether. I can tell you that my prayer life has definitely improved (but somehow praying that you don't pass our probably doesn't count!)

Leslie and I did our two miles before lunch, both of us survived and I'm feeling almost as perky as she is. After lunch and a shower I'll grab "my power lips" and head to the mission for some office work. I may even sneak in a walk this evening.

Daisy Dilemma: Why can't I feel this good every day?

Quote of the Day: Self delusion is pulling in your stomach when you step on the scales. - Paul Sweeney

Mood: Feeling Foxy, watch my dust!

I find that keeping a record keeps me honest and keeps me on track.

Yes indeed you foxy Diva! I just have one question... what are "power lips"? Do I NEED some of these? LOL! You are doing WONDERFUL my dear -- and you're right -- that log will probably be of help to the doctor to figure out what's going on!

Now... be GOOD next week! I'm going to MISS you while I'm gone -- but I'm GREATLY looking forward to coming home and hearing about a LOSS in your favor -- to make up for the probable gain that I will have... *sigh* YOU LOSE FOR ME!!!!!!

Have a FABULOUS week Miss Daisy!

I've been thinking of you! I hope your daily log will help the doctor figure out what's going on. I know you can do this thing! You've already lost 20 pounds...now on to 10 more! Small goals. ;)

You remind me so much of my youth leader when I was in high school. She was so funny and compassionate and interesting and I adored her! I love reading your blog!

Have a wonderful weekend!
