Ostrich Syndrome

Photobucket - Video and Image HostingOk, I so understand. I realize that along with being sick last week I also inherited temporary insanity. I apparently can only deal with one crisis at a time and this is usually the weigh I deal with it.

It's Monday. All good diets start on Monday. So I am listening to the wake up call. Leslie Sansone forgave me for ignoring her last week and was her same perky self this morning during our two mile walk....(Did I ever tell you how much I hate perky in the morning?)

I talked with my new mommy-to-be and she slapped some sense into me too.

Sorry ladies.....I occasionally need a kick in the butt to get me going again. Yes, I am heading in the right direction now.

(Put down that spoon and slowly back away from the freezer and no one will get hurt.)

Daisy Dilemma: Where is the diet police when you need them?

Quote of the day: You see - in life, lots of people know what to do, but few people actually do what they know! Knowing is not enough! You must take action. (Author unknown.)

Mood: Feeling stupid, feeling small

YAY! YAY! Hip hip HOOORAY!!! I'm glad your daughter smacked some sense into ya! ;) Soooooo... go ahead... admit it ... it was GOOD to see Leslie this morning, wasn't it? You knooooow you missed her! (awww... well... she missed you!)

Love you momma!
