Hmmmm.....now here's a thought!
Just got back from my yearly pap smear/ GYN exam.
I liked the scale there, as it says I've lost 2 pounds this month.
While looking over past lab results and congratulating me on my weight loss I was told that my thyroid level was on the high side of normal and could be a reason why I have such a hard time losing weight.
So I'm getting blood drawn (fasting) tomorrow to see if it is still up.
I've also asked to check my cholesterol, and triglyerides as well as a CA125 (my older sister has had ovarian cancer so I always have this level checked!)
Wouldn't it be nice to have more energy, faster metabolism, no dry skin, or dry scalp?

I do NOT want anything to be wrong with you...BUT you know it could be something that is chemically wrong and medication could just help you!! I always thought that might be my problem but NO..both of my parents have thyroid problems but I always test just perfect!!
Let me know what happens. Sandy

While having something wrong with you would suck, getting it fixed could really give you a boost.

Like Sandy, I don't want anything wrong with you either -- but I had my thyroid checked before I started my diet too -- just HOPING that maybe some medicine could help my efforts. I had no such luck! LOL! Anxiously awaiting your news!
